Blocking ads at the router is also quite convenient. i figured out that the ads are being serviced by so if you block it in hosts or drop the packets using something like burpsuite community, you should be able to watch ad-free. not a perfect solution but definitely better than watching the fuckin things. It’s a bit amusing to see folks all up in arms over an ad for Sleep Number beds appearing on a Roku TV.
